Diet and Exercise~Bleargh!!

I have about 11 months to lose these BABATS of mine plus thunder thighs..

All because I have been very inactive over the years..I used to be a 65kg girl and now i have put on 30kg more…scary but true all because I am sitting down all day! And no exercise..makan sikit pun takde beza tetap gain weight…Main reason because of water retention! So all these impact a very unhappy self…

So this year 2015..azam nak lose weight..not because of kahwin but also because of wanting to be healthy..

I have started eating clean foods like for eg. Greek Yoghurt, salads, more vegs and lesser carbo!

So let’s see if it really helps!!! So what are your other dieting tips! Coz water retention is crazy! I need to really sweat it out….

  1. i have the same problem! and i dont really sweat that much also. i’m starting to go gym every twice per week for a start. or probably jog by the park aje. hopefully i keep it up that way. takot lose motivation je 😦

    1. Yes i joined zumba at work and i am aiming to go once a week for gym at least..another way is to go and sweat dalam steam bath or sauna..if the gym has it…its good to open the pores! Hopefully we can achieve at least abit la…hehehehe

      1. I dnt noe about spas..but i used to be with california fitness..they have affordable monthly membership and their toilets have sauna and steam bathrooms…which is a plus point but i quit sebab jauh in town…hahaha

  2. hey babe!! good job with the healthy eating. whatever we eat cannot be more than what we burn, if not cannot lose weight. I recommend taking skinny mint tea, the night cleanse. got slight laxatives, kene standby ge toilet je. hehe. BUT!! carry on eating healthy. in sha Allah you will feel lighter and happier!!

  3. Your salad nampak sedap babe! Hehe. Only last night I talked with my youngest sister that I wanna lose my fats. I am petite but then perot babat masha’Allah mintak ampun. Haha, I want to keep healthy but then lazy to workout. Tsk.

  4. maybe try drinking 5 cups of pure hot green tea. i read somewhere that it helps. i drink about 3 cups per day, the least is that it helps with digestive system..

  5. drink infused water.. not only its water, its full of all other benefits too with all the fruits in it.. all you need is just lemon+cucumber+mint leave, and water.. leave it in the fridge overnight then drink it the next day.. (remember to peel off the lemon skin dulu cz if not your air will be pahit).. you can google for other recipes.. keep drinking!.. 🙂
